Corridors VIII & X-d Motorway Programme — EACOM Specialist Works
EACOM has executed multiple specialist subcontract packages for Bechtel ENKA UK 2 Limited under the Corridors VIII & X-d Motorway Programme, including tree-cutting services, Gostivar Camp building assembly works and demolition of structures across Sections 1, 2 and 4.
The verified contracts were originally executed under EACOM’s former legal name, EUROVIA DOOEL.
Context and purpose.
EACOM has participated in the Corridors VIII & X-d Motorway Programme through multiple specialist subcontract packages awarded by Bechtel ENKA UK 2 Limited.
The verified contractual portfolio includes tree-cutting services across Sections 1, 2 and 4, Gostivar Camp building assembly work and demolition of structures located within expropriated parcels across Sections 1, 2 and 4.
These packages were contracted separately, under different service-order numbers, scopes, commercial terms and execution periods.
EACOM’s involvement must therefore be presented as a multi-contract specialist subcontract reference and not as delivery of the motorway programme as a whole.
The contracts were originally executed under the company’s former legal name, EUROVIA DOOEL, with current corporate continuity under EACOM.
The programme reference demonstrates EACOM’s ability to operate within the contractual, safety, quality, reporting and coordination requirements of a major international infrastructure contractor.

Separate specialist subcontract packages.
EACOM’s involvement in the Corridors VIII & X-d Motorway Programme is structured through separate specialist subcontract packages.
Each package has its own contract number, defined scope, contractual value, buyer instructions, deliverables, schedule, invoicing process, change-order history and acceptance requirements.
The three verified packages must remain distinct within the programme page.
Separation of employer, main-contractor and subcontract responsibilities.
The Employer and programme authorities remain responsible for the wider motorway programme.
Bechtel ENKA UK 2 Limited is the buyer and main contractor under the verified EACOM subcontract packages.
EACOM’s responsibility is limited to the separately contracted specialist works.
The programme page must clearly separate employer responsibilities, main-contractor responsibilities, EACOM subcontract responsibilities, package-specific scope and wider programme scope.
