Serava Water Supply & Sewerage Reconstruction — Skopje
EACOM completed the reconstruction of 11 km of water-supply and sewerage infrastructure across Serava, Šuto Česma 1 and Šuto Česma 2 in Skopje.
The project was delivered under EACOM’s former legal name, EUROVIA DOOEL.
Context and purpose.
The Serava Utility Network Reconstruction is a completed municipal water and sewerage infrastructure project in Skopje.
The project covered the reconstruction of existing water-supply and sewerage infrastructure across Serava, Šuto Česma 1 and Šuto Česma 2.
The published project reference identifies the Government of the Republic of North Macedonia as the investor and TAV Macedonia LTD as the project financier.
EACOM, operating during the delivery period under its former legal name EUROVIA DOOEL, participated as the construction contractor.
The project has a published network length of 11 km, a published project value of 45,000,000 MKD and a recorded completion year of 2022.
Published construction activities include excavation, installation of new sewerage infrastructure and road paving associated with the completed network works.
The project represents a substantial EACOM reference in municipal utility-network reconstruction and linear underground infrastructure.
Verified public construction scope.
Coordinated execution across an extended urban area.
Execution required construction activities to be organized across an extended urban area rather than within one concentrated construction site.
EACOM coordinated workforce, machinery, materials and active construction sections within the contracted programme.
The works had to be sequenced around existing streets, utility interfaces, local access and the requirements of the contracting authority.
Road paving formed part of the published construction activity associated with completion of the network works.
Completion included coordination of outstanding items and preparation of the contracted infrastructure for handover.
Municipal utility-network reconstruction.
Urban water-supply and sewerage reconstruction requires existing underground infrastructure to be managed carefully within active streets and developed areas.
Execution quality depends on controlled installation, network continuity, interface management and coordinated surface reinstatement.
At 11 km, the Serava project required resource planning and construction coordination across multiple active sections.
The project strengthens EACOM’s portfolio in municipal water and sewerage infrastructure and large-scale linear utility reconstruction.
Coordinated delivery across 11 km of urban network.
Reconstruction of 11 km of underground utility networks required construction activities to be coordinated across multiple streets and active public areas.
Linear network projects require disciplined sequencing of excavation, installation, interface management, materials, machinery, public access and surface reinstatement.
EACOM coordinated the contracted construction activities across Serava, Šuto Česma 1 and Šuto Česma 2.
The public reference must focus on the verified network length and construction activities without inventing unconfirmed technical specifications or quantities.
Outcomes and contribution.
The completed project delivered reconstruction of 11 km of water-supply and sewerage infrastructure across Serava, Šuto Česma 1 and Šuto Česma 2.
The works included underground utility reconstruction and associated road-paving activities.
For EACOM, the project represents a substantial municipal infrastructure reference with a published project value of 45,000,000 MKD.
Reconstruction of water-supply and sewerage networks.
The project combined reconstruction of water-supply infrastructure with sewerage-network works across the defined project area.
Water-supply networks distribute potable water, while sewerage networks collect and convey wastewater.
The published project confirms reconstruction of both network types.
It does not confirm construction of a water-treatment plant, a wastewater-treatment plant, pumping stations, reservoirs, or treatment-process equipment.
Construction delivery separated from operation.
The Government of the Republic of North Macedonia is identified as the project investor, while TAV Macedonia LTD is identified as the published financier.
EACOM’s responsibility related to construction delivery of the contracted water-supply and sewerage reconstruction works.
Network ownership, water supply, wastewater management, utility billing, household connections and long-term maintenance remain separate from EACOM’s construction role.
