The project was delivered through EUROVIA, the former legal name of EACOM. The legal and operational continuity is preserved in this project record.
Context and purpose.
Kindergarten BAMBI is a public early education facility located on Kemal Sejfula Street in Čair, Skopje. The project was developed to expand local preschool and childcare infrastructure through a dedicated institutional building designed for children, educators and supporting operational functions.
The construction was delivered under Tender Procedure 05999/2020 through ACCESS JV, comprising BAUER BG Ltd and EUROVIA, now EACOM. EACOM’s reference therefore reflects participation as a joint-venture delivery partner rather than sole-contractor responsibility.

Public early education facilities require construction quality aligned with safety, accessibility, durability and intensive daily use. The building must support clear circulation, functional internal organization, appropriate finishing standards and reliable operation for children, educators and support personnel.
The project adds to EACOM’s experience in public buildings intended for long-term institutional and community use.

The completed facility strengthens public early education infrastructure in Čair by providing dedicated space for preschool education, childcare and supporting institutional activities.
Client, contractor and subcontractor structure.
The project was undertaken through ACCESS JV, comprising BAUER BG Ltd and EUROVIA, under the public tender procedure for construction of the kindergarten in the Municipality of Čair. EUROVIA subsequently transitioned to EACOM, preserving the company’s legal, contractual and operational continuity.
EACOM’s reference reflects participation as a joint-venture delivery partner. Neither BAUER BG Ltd nor EACOM individually delivered the entire contract alone.
