Faik Konica School Sports Hall — Debreshe, Gostivar
EACOM completed and technically delivered the 1,300 m² sports hall at Faik Konica Primary School in Debreshe, coordinating civil, structural, architectural, building-services and finishing works for a public education and sports facility.
The contracted works were executed under EACOM’s former legal name, EUROVIA DOOEL.
Context and purpose.
The project involved the completion and turnkey delivery of a school sports hall for Faik Konica Primary School in Debreshe, Municipality of Gostivar.
The works were commissioned by the Ministry of Education and Science under Tender Reference 07/2019, formally described as the completion of a gym at the primary school.
The completed facility has a published area of 1,300 m² and a published project value of 37,000,000 MKD. EACOM, operating at the time under its former legal name EUROVIA DOOEL, coordinated the civil, structural, architectural, technical and finishing activities required to complete the building.
The EACOM reference records project completion in 2021. The completed sports hall was prepared for institutional use by the school, supporting physical education and organized indoor sports activities.
Construction scope and deliverables.
Delivery methodology.
Completion of an institutional building requires careful coordination between previously executed works, remaining construction packages and the final operational requirements of the facility.
EACOM coordinated structural and reinforced-concrete works, external construction, façade and architectural packages, electrical and building-services installations, internal finishes and final site preparation.
Execution required controlled sequencing between construction activities and technical installations, together with coordination of subcontractors, materials, inspection requirements and outstanding-item close-out.
The project was completed as a functional public-school sports facility, with the relevant construction and technical packages prepared for institutional handover.
Institutional construction delivery.
School sports halls combine education-building requirements with the operational demands of an indoor sports facility.
Structural stability, durable internal surfaces, safe access, circulation, building-services reliability, ventilation, fire safety and accessibility must be coordinated within a single institutional building.
Completion projects carry an additional coordination requirement because new works must be integrated with the existing condition and previously executed construction.
