Xhenis joined Eurovia (now EACOM) in March of 2018 and has since estimated and managed numerous projects including small industrial warehouse improvements, Class A office renovations, and major tenant remodeling projects.

As Chief Operating Officer (COO) Eldin is responsible for leading the long-term revenue growth of Eurovia (now EACOM). He has responsibility to re-engineer the company’s systems, processes, procedures, and overall client experience to help us deliver long term objectives.

Eldin brings strong leadership to the Eurovia team. With his leadership skills he leads us toward success or accomplishments.

Xhemaledin has over thirty-five years of construction experience and has been a job foreman at Eurovia (now EACOM) since 1995. He has extensive knowledge of all phases of the construction process from start to end.

Xhemaledin is a huge asset to our team and someone we can always count on to get the job done right and make our clients happy during the process. Xhemaledin has spent his construction career here in the North Macedonia.

Besmire manages the company’s daily accounting operations with precision and consistency.
She ensures accurate bookkeeping, payment control, and coordination with banks and suppliers, keeping financial records transparent and up to date.
Her calm discipline and attention to detail make her a reliable link between operations and finance.

Xhenisa supports the Business Development department through preparation of tender documentation, administrative coordination, and communication with institutional partners.
Her structured approach and sense of responsibility help keep projects organized and deadlines met.
She bridges daily operations between departments, ensuring clarity and flow across the company’s administrative processes.

Agon oversees the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity, system security, and data management across all platforms.
He develops and maintains internal digital tools, manages SharePoint and Power Apps, and supports visual communication and marketing design.
With a balance of technical expertise and creativity, he drives the company’s digital evolution.

Abdurahman is responsible for the maintenance and technical readiness of the company’s vehicle and machinery fleet.
He coordinates servicing, spare parts, and repair schedules, ensuring that all equipment remains reliable and operational.
His practical experience and commitment to efficiency help sustain the company’s field performance and safety standards.
