Technical Relevance
Large mixed-use buildings require disciplined coordination between residential areas, business premises, common circulation, technical systems and long-term building performance.
For Marai & Sanik, the project scale and urban location required integrated execution across building structure, façade, interiors, technical installations, access areas and completion readiness.
The project demonstrates EACOM’s capability to deliver larger private-sector mixed-use buildings where construction quality, coordination and practical usability must be managed together.
Execution Approach
EACOM’s execution approach focused on coordinated delivery of a large residential and business building within a dense urban environment.
The project required alignment between construction works, technical installations, façade and finishing works, shared circulation areas and final handover requirements.
Project Impact
The completed building contributes to Skopje’s residential and business stock by adding a large mixed-use facility in Kapishtec.
As a reference, the project strengthens EACOM’s portfolio of major residential and business buildings delivered for private-sector investors.
