Franjo Kluz Residential & Business Premise – Skopje is a completed mixed-use building project located on Franjo Kluz Street in the Aerodrom municipality of Skopje.
Developed by Marai DOOEL and KLIKO GRADBA Ltd, the project combines residential and business premises within a large urban building.
With a total area of 14,982 m², the project required coordinated execution across residential areas, business premises, shared circulation zones, technical systems, façade works, interior finishing and final preparation for use.
