Arberia Residential & Business Premise – Skopje is a completed five-storey mixed-use building located on 50-ta Divizija Street in Skopje.
Developed for ARBERIA DESIGN LTD, the building combines business and residential functions, with office space organized on the lower floors and residential units on the upper floors.
The project is positioned opposite the University Clinical Center “Mother Teresa”, within a central and active urban area of Skopje. This location required a practical building configuration that supports business use, residential access, shared circulation and long-term urban functionality.
With a total area of 1,200 m², the project represents a compact mixed-use residential and business reference within EACOM’s Building portfolio.

Technical Relevance
Compact mixed-use buildings require careful coordination between business premises, residential units, shared access, technical systems and long-term building performance.
For the Arberia project, the five-storey configuration required integration of office use on the lower floors with residential use on the upper floors. This required coordinated construction across structural works, building envelope, internal layout, technical installations, insulation, circulation and finishing works.
The project demonstrates EACOM’s ability to deliver compact urban mixed-use buildings where residential comfort, business functionality and technical coordination must work together.
Execution Approach
EACOM’s execution approach focused on delivering a functional mixed-use building within a central urban location.
The works required coordination between construction planning, structural execution, façade and finishing works, technical installations, insulation and final handover preparation.
Project Impact
The completed building contributes to Skopje’s mixed-use urban building stock by combining business premises and residential units in a central location opposite the University Clinical Center “Mother Teresa”.
As a reference, the project strengthens EACOM’s portfolio of compact residential and business buildings delivered for private-sector clients.
