Car Wash Facility – Skopje is a completed private commercial facility located on Boris Trajkovski Street in Skopje.
The project involved the design and construction of a car wash facility with a total area of 2,000 m², including preparation of the work area and construction of functional surfaces required for vehicle movement and daily use.
A key element of the project was the preparation and execution of paved/asphalted areas to support vehicle access, circulation and operational functionality.
For EACOM, the project represents a small private-sector commercial reference, demonstrating the company’s ability to deliver functional service facilities with site preparation, construction execution, outdoor works and handover readiness.

Car wash facilities require practical site organization, durable exterior surfaces, vehicle circulation planning and proper preparation of paved areas for daily operational use.
For this project, asphalting and outdoor surface preparation were key components, supporting vehicle movement, access and functional use of the facility.
