ZOARA Residential & Business Premise – Skopje is a completed mixed-use building project located in Avtokomanda, Skopje.
Developed by Groteks Gradba and Kompanija Velkovski, the project combines residential, business and public-use spaces within a large urban building.
The building consists of two underground parking levels, a ground floor and nine upper floors, providing a total area of 14,680 m². This configuration required coordinated delivery across parking areas, public spaces, residential units, business premises, shared circulation areas and technical systems.
EACOM’s role included material procurement, execution and supervision, service guarantee and waterproofing system works, supporting the delivery of a functional mixed-use building in a dense urban environment.
For EACOM, ZOARA represents a major mixed-use residential and business reference, demonstrating experience in larger-scale urban building projects where construction coordination, waterproofing, technical systems, circulation and completion readiness are essential.
