Orizari Residence is a residential and commercial mixed-use building located on Hadji Jovan Shishkov Street in Shuto Orizari, Skopje.
The project was developed by EA HOLDING DOO through the EA Development platform and delivered by EACOM, the construction and infrastructure company within EA Group.
The building combines residential apartments with business premises, creating a functional urban development that supports both housing and neighborhood-level commercial activity.
With a gross developed area of approximately 4,409 m², a building plot of 1,298 m² and a building footprint of 735 m², Orizari Residence is organized across multiple levels and includes residential units, commercial spaces and shared building areas.
For EACOM, the project represents an intra-group residential and mixed-use development reference, demonstrating the company’s ability to deliver integrated building works for residential and commercial use, including structural works, façade, MEP, HVAC, interior finishing, fire safety, accessibility elements, exterior works and final handover.
Residential and commercial mixed-use buildings require careful coordination between private residential use, commercial activity, shared circulation, technical systems and long-term building performance.
For Orizari Residence, the construction approach required integrated delivery of residential units, business premises, façade systems, MEP installations, HVAC and ventilation works, fire safety elements, accessibility-related works, interior finishes and exterior site works.
The project demonstrates EACOM’s capability to deliver mixed-use buildings where urban functionality, construction quality, technical coordination and practical usability must work together.
