EACOM participated in the delivery of the project through ACCESS JV: BAUER BG Ltd and EUROVIA, under the public tender procedure for the construction of the kindergarten.
Scope of Works
EACOM’s participation within the project included construction works related to the delivery of the kindergarten facility, including:
- Building construction works
- Structural and architectural works
- Interior finishing works
- Supporting facility spaces
- Site coordination and execution support
- Works required for final preparation and handover
Technical Relevance
Public kindergarten facilities require a construction approach focused on safety, functionality, accessibility, durability and daily operational use.
For projects of this type, execution quality must support both educational use and the practical requirements of childcare facilities, including circulation, internal organization, finishing quality and safe use by children, educators and support staff.
The BAMBI Kindergarten project strengthens EACOM’s portfolio of public building references in the education sector and demonstrates experience in facilities intended for long-term institutional use.
Project Impact
The completed facility supports the public preschool infrastructure of the Municipality of Chair by providing additional space for early education and childcare services.
As a public education facility, Kindergarten BAMBI contributes to improved access to organized preschool services and strengthens the municipality’s capacity to serve families and children through dedicated institutional infrastructure.
