Technical Relevance
Public healthcare facilities require a disciplined construction approach that combines structural works, architectural finishing, technical installations, accessibility and long-term operational reliability.
The Saraj Polyclinic required coordination across façade works, MEP systems, HVAC, medical-use spaces, access ramps, parking areas and supporting site infrastructure. These elements are essential for a healthcare facility intended for daily institutional use by patients, medical personnel and public service operators.
The successful delivery of this project demonstrates EACOM’s capability to execute public healthcare buildings with integrated construction scope, technical coordination and functional readiness for handover.
