Project Description

EA Group, through its construction company EACOM, participated as a subcontractor in the development of the Specialized Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital “Dr. Organdziski” in Štip.

The project involved the construction of a modern private healthcare facility designed to support specialized medical services for the region.

EACOM (Formerly Eurovia) was responsible for the execution of pre-construction activities, including site organization, earthworks, logistics coordination and material supply, as well as the construction of all structural (rough construction) works.

The project was delivered in coordination with the main contractor Aktiva Engineering DOO, with subsequent construction phases completed under their scope.

This reference demonstrates EACOM’s capability to manage early-stage project execution, site logistics and core construction works within complex, multi-phase healthcare developments.
