Kiro Gavrilovski Residential Building – Skopje is a completed residential building project located on Kiro Gavrilovski Street in Skopje.
Developed for MARAI DOOEL, the project covers a total area of 4,500 m² and was completed in 2019.
EACOM’s delivery included construction execution, supervision, supporting materials, waterproofing systems and final preparation for handover. The project required coordinated delivery across residential building works, technical preparation and completion readiness within an urban residential context.
