Demir Trajko Residential Building – Skopje is a completed private residential building project located in the Demir Trajko area of Skopje.
Developed for SANIK ENGINEERING DOOEL, the project covers a total area of 5,700 m² and was completed in 2020.
EACOM delivered the project as a turnkey residential construction assignment, coordinating the full delivery process from construction execution to final preparation for use and handover.
